HZMX Series Intelligent Distribution Box
The HangyueHZMX series intelligent distribution box is a new generation intelligent distribution box developed by Hangyue Electric. It comprehensively utilizes big data, cloud computing, and mobile internet to build an intelligent power grid distribution operation and maintenance management platform based on intelligent sensor components and communication technologies such as wireless and power line carrier. Aiming for greater safety and reliability, it is a newly developed series of distribution box products. Combined with the Hangyue intelligent operation and maintenance system, it achieves permission management for opening (closing) doors and connecting (disconnecting) wires of the distribution box through an intelligent Bluetooth lock. It realizes intelligent load management of the distribution box, monitors and alarms for electric energy, current, voltage, power, leakage current, multiple harmonics, voltage-current phase imbalance, electrical component temperature, environmental temperature and humidity, effectively preventing faults and fires. Device status can be retrieved and viewed on management terminals (or APP), which also provide daily and monthly reports. Reports can be flexibly configured, suitable for factory energy consumption and smart park electricity usage scenarios.

Data collection is performed through an intelligent data acquisition module, connected to the intelligent gateway via wireless or RS485 communication, uploading to the server or cloud platform.
Collects three-phase current, voltage, phase angle, calculates power, power factor, active and reactive power, harmonics, and other electrical energy parameters.
Features intelligent management; through user authorization, it realizes permission management for smart lock opening (closing) of distribution boxes and wire connection (disconnection). It also allows querying current and historical data via a mobile app, viewing warnings, timely grasping operation and maintenance status, providing solutions to make electricity use safer and more efficient.
