1. System Overview

The smart construction site power system includes an intelligent temporary power box and a smart management platform; the hardware system uses an intelligent distribution box, which is a completely new intelligent design based on the traditional temporary distribution box. This includes the box equipped with an intelligent Bluetooth lock, an intelligent Bluetooth micro-breaker with metering and data collection functions, and added wireless collection networks such as 4G/5G/NB, achieving intelligent distribution box functionality. It transforms construction site safety production management from a passive post-event resolution mode to an active pre-event prevention mode, turning passivity into proactivity.

The smart management platform is a cloud-deployed multi-tenant SaaS platform that integrates internet and big data technologies to achieve unified management and real-time full-condition monitoring of production power elements such as distribution boxes, site managers, electricians, power usage whitelists, distribution authorization, wiring status, and power usage. It implements hierarchical authorization and process management for daily distribution tasks such as installation, removal, power-off, power-on, and inspection of distribution boxes, ensuring safe and standardized operations under reasonable permission control. Incorporating AI technology, it performs real-time analysis and diagnosis of overall operation and equipment health status, enabling early warning and forecasting to reduce equipment failures.

2. System Functions

Intelligent Bluetooth Door Lock

The Bluetooth door lock function equipped on the intelligent distribution box can prevent illegal use of electrical resources. This door lock can only be unlocked by specifically authorized personnel using devices such as mobile phone Bluetooth, effectively preventing unauthorized wiring and ensuring the proper use of electrical resources while guaranteeing the safety and stability of the power system.

Intelligent Circuit Breaker

The intelligent distribution box has a built-in intelligent circuit breaker, and only authorized users can perform power-off and power-on operations. These operations are performed via Bluetooth for contactless control: authorized users only need to use their mobile phones to control the circuit breaker inside the distribution box without opening the door. These functions not only enhance distribution safety but also greatly improve operational flexibility, effectively avoiding dangers caused by difficult distribution safety management and human error.

The distribution wiring topology diagram is automatically updated, making the distribution network clearly visible.

Intelligent Alarm

The intelligent circuit breaker has automatic detection and fault diagnosis functions, capable of real-time monitoring of circuit status and issuing alarms for abnormal power usage. For example, it can promptly identify, alarm, and handle situations such as excessive leakage current, automatic tripping, overvoltage, undervoltage, and current overload, preventing equipment damage and safety accidents.

Digital Inspection

Through digital inspection, it ensures timely and effective inspection and maintenance of distribution equipment, guaranteeing distribution safety, stability, and reliability.

Load Alarm Intelligent Management

Through safe power usage whitelist management, only personnel who have undergone safety education and training exams can enter the whitelist to receive distribution authorization and operate.
