HBXGN-12 Environmentally Friendly Gas-Insulated Ring Main Unit
The environmentally friendly gas ring main unit relies on vacuum arc extinguishing and environmentally friendly gas insulation as a new type of ring main unit. This product features green environmental protection, compact design, and a fully sealed and fully insulated design concept. All high-voltage live circuits are sealed inside a stainless steel gas tank, with a maintenance-free design. It can be widely used in outdoor switch stations, indoor distribution rooms, and box-type substations in power supply systems for wind power, municipal, factories, transportation, coal mines, ports, chemical, cement, textile, paper, and other industries, meeting the needs of intelligent power rooms and integrated energy management systems.
HXGN-24 and XGN-12 SF6 insulated gas-filled ring main units
The HXGN series gas fully insulated compact ring main unit is an SF6 gas insulated medium voltage switchgear. The product adopts a modular design, allowing arbitrary arrangement according to different design schemes, achieving a perfect combination of common enclosure units and extended units, meeting the flexible use requirements of compact switchgear in various secondary power distribution substations.

The intelligent metal-enclosed switchgear is divided into two series: KYN28A-12 and KYN28-24. The metal-enclosed switchgear consists of two main parts: a fixed cabinet and a withdrawable part (referred to as the handcart). The switchgear is divided by partitions into various functional units. The cabinet shell and the partitions of each functional unit are made of aluminum-zinc coated steel plates, which provide strong corrosion and oxidation resistance and have higher mechanical strength than equivalent steel plates. The functional units are divided into four parts: busbar chamber, circuit breaker handcart chamber, cable chamber, and relay instrument chamber. Each unit's shell is grounded to meet the requirements of intelligent substations and integrated energy management systems.
