Microgrid Digital Energy Intelligent Management Platform

Core Functions

Data Collection

Using intelligent data collection modules, comprehensively collect full electrical measurement data such as three-phase voltage, current, power of electrical equipment, and key parameters like temperature. Data is connected to the intelligent gateway collector via wireless transmission or 485 communication networking. The intelligent gateway uploads data to the backend software through the network, providing foundational data for subsequent analysis and management.

Energy Management

Relying on big data analysis and cloud computing technology, deeply mine and analyze energy data to achieve real-time monitoring of energy consumption, statistical analysis, and energy efficiency evaluation. Formulate reasonable strategies to optimize energy allocation and usage, reduce energy waste, improve energy utilization efficiency, and lower operating costs.

Electric Energy Monitoring

Continuously monitor the operating status of the power system, grasp equipment operating parameters and status information in real time, immediately alarm and automatically take protective measures in case of abnormalities, ensuring safe and stable operation of the power system and preventing electrical fires and other safety incidents.

Reports

Equipped with powerful report generation functions, general reports can be automatically generated and automatically adapt to equipment changes. Reports can be customized in format, content, and generation cycle according to user needs. The system automatically organizes and analyzes collected data to generate various professional reports, such as energy consumption reports, equipment operation reports, fault statistics reports, providing intuitive and accurate data support for enterprise management decisions.

Graphics

Unlike traditional graphic files, all graphics in this system are fully digital with no files. All monitoring graphics are automatically generated based on equipment information, including primary wiring monitoring diagrams and power distribution topology energy flow diagrams. They support automatic updates of various monitoring graphics when equipment is added or removed or wiring relationships change.

Large Screen

The system provides rich layout components and graphic components. Users can independently assemble comprehensive large screens, floor dashboards, and workshop dashboards using the large screen designer. All displayed content and graphics on the large screen support flexible configuration to meet personalized needs.

Based on System Factory Joint Debugging

Before factory shipment, the system undergoes strict joint debugging based on the platform system, simulating actual operating environments and conditions, comprehensively testing meter data, and optimizing each functional module to ensure system coordination and stability, reducing the difficulty and risk of on-site installation and debugging for users.

Parametric Device Tree Entry

Provides flexible, guided parametric device tree entry functions to facilitate users in quickly and accurately entering information of various electrical equipment. Establishes a complete device tree structure. The system automatically generates corresponding device files and monitoring points based on the entered device information for data collection.

AI Fault Prediction

Leveraging artificial intelligence technology to analyze large amounts of equipment operation data, establish fault prediction models, provide early warnings of possible faults, gain time for maintenance, and reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

Full Lifecycle Equipment Management

Supports the entire project lifecycle from production, installation to commissioning. Inspection, operation, and maintenance data are automatically recorded throughout the lifecycle. Generates online real-time equipment health records to guide offline maintenance and equipment management.

Dual-Carbon Energy Management

Closely aligned with the national dual-carbon strategic goals, collects and statistics carbon emissions of products and enterprises, displays carbon footprints, product carbon, organizational carbon, and extends to generate dual-carbon reports, assisting enterprises in energy saving, emission reduction, and sustainable development.

Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Scheduling

Utilizing advanced intelligent algorithms and big data analysis to achieve intelligent allocation and scheduling of operation and maintenance tasks. Automatically generates optimal operation and maintenance plans based on equipment status and fault priority, accurately pushes task work orders, improves operation and maintenance efficiency and response speed, reduces operation and maintenance costs, and ensures stable system operation.

User Service Management

Builds a one-stop service platform designed specifically for engineers and users, fully meeting their daily usage and operation and maintenance needs, enabling convenient equipment configuration and management. Users can easily browse newly launched features and products on this platform and self-activate services according to their needs, greatly enhancing ease of use and service experience.

Mobile Service Management

Supports APP applications, allowing users to monitor and query data anytime and anywhere via mobile devices such as phones. Users can also analyze data online and export reports, truly realizing mobile energy and equipment management, breaking time and space limitations, and meeting user needs in different scenarios.

Reports

According to users' specific needs and settings, regularly generate various professional reports such as energy analysis reports, operation and maintenance reports, and equipment health status reports. Reports are detailed, formatted according to standards, and contain rich charts and data analysis, providing users with deeper and more comprehensive information support.
