Hangyue Management System Helps Founder PCB Win Five-Star "Zero Carbon Factory" Certification (First in Zhuhai)
Recently, Zhuhai Founder Technology Multilayer Circuit Board Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Founder PCB") received the Type I Five-Star Zero Carbon Factory certification issued by the China Quality Certification Center, becoming the first five-star "Zero Carbon Factory" in Zhuhai.
Hangyue Intelligent Electric has repeatedly provided Founder PCB with power system support and electrical room management optimization services, especially deeply participating in one of the core parts of Founder PCB's "Zero Carbon Factory" system project, the "Energy Management System."
The Hangyue Smart Energy Management System is based on a SaaS platform, integrating advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence Internet of Things (AIoT) and big data architecture, dedicated to creating a system for users. The system features graphical digitization, modular interfaces, automated wiring, statistical platformization, and intelligent forecasting.
This system assists Founder PCB in achieving energy management results in the following aspects:
Through the AIoT platform and data middle platform, it connects energy data throughout the entire process of production, transmission, distribution, and consumption, achieving real-time collection and analysis of full energy data, including photovoltaic power generation, energy storage, and all production lines' water, electricity, and gas. Meanwhile, the energy management system monitors and compares energy consumption in workshops and production lines, manages unit energy consumption of products, and provides comprehensive data for carbon asset management in electric power energy.
Based on digital twin technology, the system uses the industry's pioneering graphical digitization technology to automatically generate various dynamic monitoring charts, reports, and curves, enabling zero-code configuration of factory energy consumption and carbon emission statistical reports. Based on artificial intelligence technology, the system can also predict faults in power supply and load equipment, achieving full lifecycle management of equipment through health management.
